Mode tribute to the national music artist Lucio D. San Pedro

The composer and choir director Jerry A. Dadap often told this story about two national music artist Lucio D. San Pedro, and Levi Celerio composer, lyricist. The two created the immortal song "His Ugoy ng Duyan," that hymn to love as a mother.  One day, the two met again after some time, composer and lyricist said happily. San Pedro is the last national artists, whose work inspired the series of collectors Freeway way, a collection of fashion Freeway, a retailer with stores across the country. Other national artists will also architect Leandro Locsin, artist Vicente Manansala, Ang kiukok artist, poet Jose Garcia Villa, couturier Ramon Valera, novelist F. Sionil Jose honored, visual artist Botong Francisco, and lyricist Celerio itself. Moderator was a singer Rachel Alejandro, who with some OPM songs like "Kahit Na" and held "Saan Ka Man Naroroon." A video presentation on San Pedro by the Cultural Center of the Philippines was shown. Gracing the occasion were the daughters of Ma San Pedro. Cristina San Pedro Salita, Rhodora de los Santos, the son-in-law Alberto de los Santos, and granddaughter Mary Grace San Pedro, a soprano who also directed Angono Rizal New School Choir sings some famous compositions as National Artist "Ang Buwan its Kabundukan "," Lahing Kayumanggi "and, of course," His Ugoy ng Duyan. " Note his father, Ma Cristina said he was a very loving father, but, like all artists have moods. "We had to tiptoe when he together," she shared.
