policemen Sparta man had 10 Gucci bags "of heroin


  Before the police found a pilot heroin, they say they discovered the crack - in his windshield.

Cpl. Marc Rubino 15 miles north on Highway 12 near marker when he saw driving a black 2001 Honda Civic in the same direction with a crack in the windshield at 15.41 clock 18 April police.

After parking the car, Rubino spoke to the driver - 24-year-old James R. Patton - and prominently Rubino saw a torn a crystal package commonly used to store heroin party, police said.

Patton denied used drugs in his car and he left Rubio search, police said. Between the driver's seat and center console, Rubino 10 bags, a package of heroin found, police said.

The bags, "Gucci" were used, and part of the plunger of the syringe was also in the same area, police said.

Patton was arrested and taken to the police station of Sparta, where he dangerous motor vehicle was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and with a cracked windshield, police said.

Patton, a few hours later was released on his own recognizance, police said. Sgt Jeffrey Mase helped the investigation, police said.
